Organizational Diagnosis

Entry point

The place to start: a first scan of your company, setting what your people say beside their Skill and Will — where you lose money and people, and the gaps to close first. It opens onto HR Strategy Advisory.

What you learn

What you receive

  • Where the organization is losing money and people

    What you receive

The figures that matter, each with the reason it matters

Fixes ranked by what they are worth in €, each with an owner and the cost of waiting

A report that opens with the answer

  • How far you can trust the answer, before you act on it

Response rates and coverage stated upfront, so you know how far to trust it

What comes back

Two views, one answer for your board.

What your people say, set beside their Skill and Will, gives your board a first answer: where money and people leave, and what that costs.

Who does it

The diagnosis is run by the advisor who will present it to you, with each lens applied by the specialist who owns it. The report is written for the people who have to decide, and it carries the name of the advisor who stands behind every finding in it.

A first scan, two views

The diagnosis sets what your people say beside where their Skill and Will actually sit. Where the two disagree is almost always where the problem is, and that alone shows where money and people leave. The full scan, with your real culture and your Top Talent measured against the strategy and its objectives, is HR Strategy Advisory.

What a survey costs you when nobody believes it

Most companies have asked their people how things are, and most of them got the answer their managers would have predicted. An answer that only confirms what the management team already assumed is worth nothing, and it is paid for anyway. Answers reach you only from groups large enough to keep each person anonymous, so people say what they think.

What we will not tell you

A finding says what the data shows. It never says what caused it: a conclusion about cause needs a controlled before-and-after pair, and in a live company there is none. How many people answered and how much of the organization was covered is stated on the way in, not buried, and a conclusion drawn from thin coverage is labeled as one. It is a shorter report than the ones you have been handed, and you can act on all of it.

Answer first

The report opens with what is happening, in one sentence — the one you will repeat to your board. The figures that support it come after, then what to do, ranked, with the cost of not doing it. The evidence is behind the answer, not in front of it.
