Your information may be submitted to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you choose to provide information to us, Ascensi transfers it to Google Cloud Platform and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

In order to facilitate the efficient use of your information and to provide you with content and/or resources, we disclose your information to third parties only in the situations described below.

Suppliers, Contractors and Agents

From time to time, we may involve or hire other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include hosting and/or maintaining the content of the Website or providing certain functions contained in the Website, companies that have jobs or provide marketing services. These suppliers are located in Romania and will only have access to the personal information required to perform their functions.

Government or Law Enforcement Authorities

If we establish, at our sole discretion, that it is our legal obligation to do so.

IP Addresses and Cookies

We collect information about your computer, including IP address, operating system, and browser type, for system administration. These are statistics about users' actions and browsing patterns and do not identify you. Cookies are automatically stored by your browser when accessing the Website and can be deleted manually at any time.
