What you receive
Every engagement ends in one report. Here is how it reads, with illustrative data.
One diagnosis
You brief us once; four answers come back.
Your brief goes into one diagnosis, and it answers in four findings, starting with what doing nothing costs you in euros.
- Cost of waiting
- Value-critical gaps
- Ownership gaps
- Talent risks
The answer, on the first page
The report opens with what is happening, in a sentence you can repeat to your board. The evidence sits behind the answer, not in front of it.
The figures that matter
A small number of figures, each with the reason it matters. Every figure carries its source and, where the source gives one, the date it was taken. A figure drawn to illustrate a method rather than to report a measurement says so.
Recommendations you can act on
Recommendations ranked by value, each with an owner and the cost of waiting. Where your own team can execute a recommendation, the report says so; where it cannot, the recommendation says who else would be needed and why.
How far to trust it
Response rates and coverage are stated upfront, and the quality of the data behind each finding is stated beside it. A conclusion drawn from thin coverage is labeled as one.
One diagnosis, not one report per instrument
Every lens is combined into one reading of your organization, with the contradictions shown rather than smoothed over, and a first step you can start without us.
The anatomy of the report
A report that opens with the answer.
Some of your value-critical roles in Operations are held by people the evidence rates as not ready, and the department carries most of the turnover cost.
