Production Manager

Summary

We are looking for a Production Manager to run and improve the pyrolysis installations of a recycling and environmental protection company that turns hard-to-recycle waste into reusable resources.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves the performance of the pyrolysis installations
• Ensures maintenance and repairs
• Keeps the production process to the standard protocol
• Analyzes and calculates performance indicators
• Resolves operational obstacles and issues
• Coordinates, trains and manages the production engineers
• Delegates tasks and objectives to each team member
• Prepares reports and summaries for the General Manager

Must have

• At least 5 years' experience in refineries, power plants or pressure installations
• Mechanical engineering expertise and knowledge of chemistry
• Knowledge of how to improve performance in the recycling process
• Knowledge of performance indicator calculations
• Strong interpersonal, organization and coordination skills, with creativity and perseverance
• Communication, proactivity and initiative
• A passion for improving the environment and reducing waste
• Microsoft Excel and Word
