Blue Oil Chemist

Summary

We are looking for a Blue Oil Chemist to run the laboratory of a recycling and environmental protection company that turns hard-to-recycle waste into reusable resources.

Responsibilities

• Runs the laboratory
• Researches and tests the additives and solvents that come out of the production process
• Analyzes the quality of each day's production
• Ensures quality control
• Proposes chemical solutions and efficiency improvements to the Production Department
• Is responsible for storing the production outputs and for their quality

Must have

• A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Processing
• Experience in a petroleum products laboratory
• Knowledge of fuel types and petroleum additives
• Proactivity, initiative and creativity
