Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Manager for a recycling and environmental protection company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in meetings with the General Director
  • Answers phone calls and schedules meetings
  • Manages the daily activity agenda
  • Oversees managers’ activities
  • Solves operational impediments
  • Communicates the General Director’s decisions to managers
  • Prepares reports and summaries for the General Director

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and social skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proactive, with initiative and creativity
  • Advanced level of English
  • Office skills: Excel, Word
