Key Responsibilities

•Develops the portfolio of raw material suppliers
•Solves operational obstacles and issues
•Analyzes activity and the volume of raw materials for recycling
•Delivers reports to the General Director
•Aligns raw material procurement quotas with the information received from the Production Manager
•Delegates and distributes tasks and objectives to each team member

Requirements

•Passion for improving the environment and reducing waste
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
•Proactive, with initiative and creativity
•Strong ability to build business relationships with suppliers
•Organizational and coordination skills, supported by creativity and perseverance
•Experience in coordinating teams of at least 5 people
•Advanced level of English
•Office skills: Excel, Word
