The Executive Assistant enhances CEO’s effectiveness by providing management support, representing the company to others while managing administrative duties, researching and finding new opportunities for the company’s objectives.

Responsabilități principale

  • Manages information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Enhances executive’s productivity by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Researches new opportunities for executive; analyzes industry trends; compiles a detailed profile of target clients
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence; speaking for the executive
  • Maintains office supplies and anticipates supplies needs
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results

Cerințe

  • Organizational and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and stay one step ahead
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of social media and web search tools
  • Ability to quickly extract information to form effective briefings and reports
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Graphic Design, Sociology, Psychology or related field
  • Solid project coordination, scheduling, resourcing, and administrative skills
  • Driver’s License (B category)
  • Advanced spoken and written English
